In the Pakoštane region, you can fish on Vrana Lake or the sea. A fishing permit is required for lake fishing. At Prosika Canal, you can rent a fishing kayak and fish on the lake. For sea fishing, enthusiasts can cast their lines from the shore or join RPZ Vrgada fishing tours, where experienced locals will teach them the secrets of the trade. Be sure to visiting Pakoštane in December to take part in Lignjolov – a traditional squid-fishing competition.
